Our industry is highly regulated and our facilities are subject to thousands of environmental regulatory requirements. It is Buckeye’s policy to fully comply with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Our sustained efforts in this category have recently earned dividends. In 2010, the Foley site received an OSHA housekeeping citation which resulted in a $1000 fine (paid in 2011). There were no other monetary penalties assessed at any other Buckeye sites in the last two years.
